  • Personal Details: Name, birthdate, gender, civil status, religion, and contact information.
  • Educational Background: Previous schools attended, LRN, and academic records.
  • Family Information: Parents' names, occupations, and financial capacity (for scholarship assessment).
  • Health Information: Medical conditions relevant to student safety.
  • Government IDs: Photos or scans of PSA Birth Certificates, IDs, etc.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed for the following legitimate educational purposes:

  • Processing of admission and enrollment.
  • Evaluation of scholarship grants and tuition discounts.
  • Submission of required reports to CHED, DepEd, and PEAC.
  • School communications and emergency alerts.

4. Data Protection & Security

SVFC implements organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your data. Access to myportal is restricted to authorized school personnel (Registrar, Finance, MIS) on a "need-to-know" basis.
